패션 디자이너 - 시드니

Fast Future Brands is a fashion retailer with Valleygirl stores across the country, offering the latest trends in clothing and accessories to our customers and expanding to overseas to SOUTH KOREA.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated in both Korean and English to join our Design team.This role combines both Designer and Buyer responsibilities within our team.
Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

Designer's major responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

-Analyse trends in fabrics, colours and shapes
-Responsible for range planning and trend forecasting
-Create garment sketch design with measurements & construction details for sampling
-Attend the fit session – Responsible for sample approval to ensure product quality standards of fabric, colour, trims and fit
-Liaise well with overseas suppliers

Designer's required skills, qualifications & experience:

-Degree in Fashion Design or related field and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Experience in Fast Trend Fashion Industry is desirable but not essential
-Minimum 3-5 years of fashion industry experience is required
-Strong design and conceptual skills
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Buyer's major responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

-Provide summarized analysis in merchandising meetings
-Attend order meeting to check the balance of key framing indicator
-Monitor buying progress to ensure execution of purchase
-Buyer's required skills, qualifications & experience:
-Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken).
-Conversational level Korean language proficiency is required
-Strong statistical, communication and problem-solving skills
-Retail and fashion industry experience will be highly regarded
-Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
